Below are the Acorn policies for safeguarding and protecting children. Child protection and safeguarding policies for each of our schools can be found in the safeguarding section of their website, including details of the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and Safeguarding Lead Governor.
Acorn Multi Academy Trust aims to treat all complainants with respect and to deal with complaints as quickly, sympathetically and effectively as possible. We try to resolve concerns or complaints by informal means wherever possible. Where this is not possible, formal procedures will be followed. The Complaints Procedure below explains the different complaint stages and timelines.
